My journey with yoga began as a personal path of healing and self-discovery. Kundalini yoga has helped me reconnect with my body, breath, intuition, and inner strength, and it continues to inspire the way I live.

Music and dance have always been a part of my life, shaping my love of rhythm, movement, and self-expression. I bring these elements into my classes, creating a practice that feels intuitive, grounding, and alive.

Through teaching online, I’ve experienced the power of connection and community, even across distance. I’m now excited to bring that experience into small, intimate gatherings where we can slow down, connect, move, breathe, and share the practice together.

My intention is simple: to create welcoming spaces for healing, presence, connection, and joy.

Emily is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Anderson College, and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Emily is a dedicated massage therapist known for strong, precise palpation skills and a keen intuitive sense that allows her to meet each client exactly where they are. Her work is grounded in professionalism, presence, and individualized treatment—no two sessions are ever the same. She adapts each massage to support the body’s natural capacity for healing, with a special focus on calming the nervous system and facilitating sympathetic nervous system deactivation for lasting relief and restoration.

As a Kundalini practitioner, Emily brings an awareness of energy, breath, and subtle body cues into her sessions, creating a space that supports both physical release and inner balance. Outside the treatment room, she is a tap dancer, an eclectic music lover, and someone who feels most at home in forests and wild, natural spaces. These influences shape her rhythm, creativity, and grounded approach to bodywork.

Emily values growth, evolution, and inclusiveness—both in her personal journey and in practice. Her goal is to offer a welcoming, affirming environment where every body is respected, supported, and encouraged to soften, unwind, and reconnect. Emily sees massage as an evolving collaboration, one that honours each client’s unique story while supporting their path toward greater ease, resilience, and well-being.
